Fines assessed as a result of a violation of the Student Code of Conduct are paid directly to the Office of Student Conduct & Community Standards. Conduct fines are not charged to a student's university financial account, however, a HOLD may be placed on a student's my.SMU account for failure to pay a fine in a timely manner.
