The Black Excellence Ball is an annual, student led event, focused on the celebration of Black students and alumni.

All non-undergraduate students must pay for their ticket and the tickets of all other additional guests (including plus ones).

Please note If you fail to indicate the meal preferences for your guests, they will be served chicken.

Join us for a delightful afternoon at the SMU Mothers Tea, returning on March 8th, 2025 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. This event will take place in the Gene and Jerry Jones Atrium located inside the Owen Fine Arts Center on SMU's campus! 

During the event attendees will help us celebrate the SMU Mothers and Dads Club’s 99^th year and will have the opportunity to hear from our guest speaker, SMU’s first lady Gail Turner.

Tickets will be $50 per person and will help offset the cost of the event while also supporting the SMU Mothers and Dads Club Special Projects Fund.

This confirmation serves as a reminder that you are committed to attend this study abroad experience, and you may forfeit these funds if cancelled.

Come perform with SMU Spirit! You will have the opportunity to practice with our SMU Cheer and Pom teams at their game day practice, learn the performance routine, and perform with our SMU Spirit teams during halftime!
