Perkins School of Theology

GTE Immersion Courses are regular academic courses taught off-campus in culturally complex situations. Students are expected to pay for their tuition, fees, and any travel costs. Travel stipends for travel costs over the deposit amount are available, and application can be made below.

Students enrolling in this course will need to consult the faculty leader for details concerning readings, assignments, and specific travel requirements related to physical disabilities.

The cost of this immersion, including room and board, transportation, and security will be approximately $3,000.

Short Story Sandbox is a 5 session preaching peer group focused on reading short stories to vitalize our preaching! (4 zoom sessions/1 F2F)

4 zoom sessions 9:00- 12:30 (October 25, November 29, January 24, and February 21). The final session (March 28, 2023), will be a face- to-face daylong capstone gathering in Salina, KS at a church TBA.
