Cheer & Pom Spring Clinic

Date: Saturday, March 28

Check-in: 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM

Clinic: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Grades: 9th - College

Tryout Dates: April 17–18
All participants should plan to be in the Dallas area by 12:00 PM on April 17.

Registration Deadline: April 10 at 9:00 PM
All required tryout materials must be submitted by this time.

*Members selected for the team will be REQUIRED to attend a team dinner on May 1, followed by a full-day practice on May 2.

Items to upload HERE to complete registration:

Please name your files as: LastName_FirstName_DocumentType (example: Fowler_Holly_Headshot)

• Headshot: Appropriate attire of your choice (business or athletic wear). 

• Reference Letter 1 (Current cheer coach)

• Reference Letter 2 (Current or former academic teacher/ cheer coach)

• Copy of our SMU admission letter or Current Status:
  *Please upload a new file if your admission status changes before tryouts. Only admitted students can be added to the official team roster. 

Pre-tryout physical: a sports physical from your family Doctor or pediatrician, within the last 6 months, is required to participate in tryouts. Attached HERE you will find the document for sports participation, if your Doctor has their own form that will suffice as well. 

*The waiver and tryout packet will be sent out closer to tryouts
