Cuba - March 15 – 23, 2025 with Dr. Wes Allen

GTE Immersion Courses are regular academic courses taught off-campus in culturally complex situations. Students are expected to pay for their tuition, fees, and any travel costs. Travel stipends for travel costs over the deposit amount are available, and application can be made below. Students enrolling in this course will need to consult the faculty leader or GTE Director (Dr. Robert Hunt) for details concerning readings, assignments, and specific travel requirements related to physical disabilities. For this immersion students are required to travel together as a group. All students must have a passport, and must send send a photo of their passport to roberth@smu.edu before Nov. 1st, 2024.
